I-95 highway collapse in Philadelphia caused by out-of-control tanker truck: NTSB

The driver of a tanker truck transporting gasoline lost control along the curve of an off-ramp on Interstate 95, causing the vehicle to flip over and spark a fire that ultimately resulted in the collapse of the East Coast's main north-south highway, the National Transportation Safety board said in a newly-released preliminary report.
